Who Are We?
Barnaby Property Management LLC is based in Portland, Oregon. We're here to take the hassle out of renting, or renting out, great properties throughout Portland and surrounding areas including Beaverton, Hillsboro and Tigard to name a few.
Barnaby was founded by Linah Pool, a property manager licensed by the State of Oregon. Linah has several years of hands-on experience working in the industry. Linah also has an extensive background in viticulture and winemaking. She is an experienced Sommelier and holds a Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) - a world recognized organization. Linah first fell in love with Oregon in 2008 when she relocated here from New York City to pursue the art of making wine in Oregon's noted wine country.
Our Goals
For property owners, our goal is to maximize the income potential of your property while maintaining positive relationships with our responsible tenants. We'll recommend cost-efficient upgrades to improve the quality and energy efficiency of your rental property. We are easy to reach, provide regular reports, take the burden of rent collection off your shoulders, and remit your payments promptly.
For renters, our goal is to make your life easier. All our current available properties are listed on our site: www.barnabypm.com, submit rental applications, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests.
