Minimum credit score of 700 (screened via Experian)

Rent Payment History - Screened by Experian "RentBureau"

Criminal / Public Record - Screened by Experian "RentBureau"

Minimum combined household income of 3.0 x rent 

Minimum combined household income of 2.5 x rent for City of Portland

Renter's Insurance Policy: Required of Each Tenant , minimum liability of $100,000.

$65 per-person application fee for each adult (18+
